In Springs Ranch, we completely re-painted this home, replaced a window, and repaired and replaced some trim and siding. Many houses in 80922 are also still showing hail damage and having their insurance companies approve claims of environmental damage, and this home also had its roof replaced.

1) Removed an old garden window from my house and replaced with a brand new regular window. Installed proper siding and painted to match exterior of the house.
2) Removed multiple pieces of siding that had rotted and been chewed up by my dog. Replaced with new siding and painted to match exterior.
3) Painted the entire house. Matched colors of the old house perfectly. Even repainted the trim twice after we changed our minds :)
4) Matt also replaced my roof after it had been damaged my a hail storm.
They did a fantastic job for all of these jobs! The roof was done in expert time and looks much better. I even requested a couple of modifications and they did them exactly as I described!
The window was done at an amazing price and quicker than I could have imagined. It was even a cold day, but they insured they moved quickly to keep my heating bill down :) The new window is seamless and seems like it had always been there. They matched my other windows and sized it perfectly. They also replaced the outside siding around the window and matched it so it too looks like it belongs!
I was most impressed with the paint job. They first replaced my damaged siding pieces and then painted the whole house quickly but professionally. They resealed all of my windows and every little detail looks perfect! When they were about three quarters of the way done, my wife and I decided we wanted to change the trim color. Without even flinching Matt informed us that it was no problem, and agreed to repaint the painted areas with minimal charge. The hardest part was matching the new paint color we wanted. After they painted the new trim color, we told them it wasn't quite what we had imagined. They kindly picked out the right color and repainted a third time without complaint! They didn't even charge us for the third coat!
This was by far the best contractor experience I have had in my 3+ years as a homeowner. I highly recommend Matt and Front Range for your house!
